Fitness & weekly activity programme
Our weekly changing fitness programme brings movement into your sports holiday – whether you’d like to try something new or join in with familiar sessions in a group.
The programme includes, among other things:
- Aqua fitness
- Morning exercise
- Stress-relief classes such as Qi Gong
- Heart meditation
- Guided hikes (a small charge applies for transfers)
All classes are led by qualified instructors. If you’d like more focused support, you can also book one-to-one sessions on request.
