At the Tanneck, you can slip into wonderfully warm water together as a family. In the 32°C “Bergsee” pool, light sparkles on the surface while children and parents relax in the water side by side. With its gentle 50°C, the Salzstadl feels like a warm summer’s day slowly wrapping itself around your body and clearing your airways. Children who are confident swimmers are also welcome in the infinity pool, where they can share the views with you. The sauna village is reserved for guests aged 15 and over and remains a haven of calm. And when everything feels just right, you can simply stay as long as you like. After all, you’re on holiday.

For little explorers and big imaginations

Right on the ground floor, two playrooms are waiting for your kids. As soon as you walk in, you’ll often hear the clack of table football or the roll of billiard balls. Some kids make a beeline for the climbing frame, others try out the milking cow or grab bats for a game of table tennis. And anyone who prefers to dive into other worlds can settle down at one of the two PS4 stations. Two rooms full of energy, imagination and little moments that let parents take a breather – or awaken their own competitive spirit. You’ll also find board games, dice and decks of cards ready for you in the bar area.

At the Tanneck, travelling with children is wonderfully relaxed, because everything is clearly arranged and our younger guests enjoy their own rates. That way you can plan more easily and simply enjoy your time together.

Children’s rates in their parents’ room:
● Children up to 2 years sleep in an extra bed for €35 per night including our pampering board.
● Children up to 5 years on the sofa bed pay 40% of the board rate.
● Children aged 6 to 10 years on the sofa bed pay 50% of the board price.
● Children aged 11 to 13 on the sofa bed pay 60% of the board price.

In general: a maximum of 2 children per room.

Time to indulge for little gourmets

Sometimes children want to eat exactly what’s on the grown-ups’ plates. And sometimes they really don’t. That’s why our restaurant has a small children’s menu with freshly cooked favourites such as pasta (with or without sauce), chips or vegetables. Tasty dishes that kids are happy to polish off – often with one last finger wiping up the very last morsels.

  • Free admission to the Fischen adventure and family pool splashing, sliding and enjoying the water for as long as you like.
  • “KUH-Wert” family programme at no extra cost with activities such as a visit to an alpine dairy or an adventure tour with the forester through woods and meadows.
